New online claims service at More Than

Car insurance provider More Than has launched an eClaims service, enabling customers to track their claims online right from registration to completion.

The new eClaims service will provide customers with regular automatic updates about the status of their motor insurance claims either by text, email or by logging on to the More Than website.

Ian Thompson, UK personal motor claims director, said: “We regularly ask our customers how we can make their lives easier.

“We want to make sure we’re communicating with our customers in ways that are convenient to them and this new service offers a flexible, time-saving, efficient way for our customers to stay up-to-date with their claim.

“Our aim is to get our customers moving and give them the crucial support they need, while taking the stress out of an already difficult situation.”
