Car insurance provider Kwit Fit Insurance is looking to recruit 84 new members of staff at its Uddingston-based call centre.

Brendan Devine, group managing director of Kwik Fit Financial Services, said: “We’re looking at a number of opportunities for us to grow our business and we need to ensure we recruit good people who will help us to achieve this.

“This is a really exciting time for everyone at Kwik Fit Insurance as we aim to strengthen our position in the UK insurance market. We’re growing our policy numbers year-on-year and we want to maintain that momentum by adding to the great team we already have.”

Kwik Fit was established as a car servicing and repair company in 1971, while Kwik Fit Insurance was set up in 1995. The subsidury’s main product is car insurance, but it also offers home, van, motorbike, pet and travel insurance.
