NFU Mutual has been rated the UK’s best car insurance provider by readers of Auto Express for the fifth year running.

The magazine’s ‘Driver Power’ survey canvassed the opinions of more than 23,000 readers taking into account 45 insurance companies. The survey asked readers to rate car insurance providers on communication, helpfulness, value for money and overall service and NFU Mutual received top marks in all four categories. When asked whether they would buy another policy from their existing insurance provider, 96% of NFU Mutual’s customers said they would.
